How does the free consultation work?
It's a free 30-minute phone call. Send us a note through the contact form, and one of our CPAs will call you to talk about your business, how your books and taxes are handled today, and what you want help with. You come away with clear next steps, and there's no obligation to sign up.
Do you work with businesses outside Charlotte?
Yes. We're based in Charlotte, but where your business is located usually isn't a problem. Ask us on the consultation call.
How does monthly bookkeeping work?
You give us access to your accounting software and business bank and card accounts. Each month we categorize transactions, reconcile your accounts, and close the books. You get financial statements and can email us with questions anytime. More about bookkeeping.
How does pricing work?
It depends on what you need and how complex your business is. We'll talk it through on the consultation call and give you a clear quote before any work starts.
What do I need to get started?
Nothing for the first call. If we work together, we'll send a short list, which usually includes access to your accounting software and bank accounts, and your recent tax returns.
